We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Change of Mind/Sizing issue
*Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
Dave & Bella returns that wish to be refunded must be received within 14 days of receiving your order. This will refer to the time when goods been delivered by Australia Post.
Dave & Bella returns that wish to be exchanged, we recommend placing another order online and requesting a refund for the returned goods.
Goods must be in their original condition with the tags attached including original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Hair products and hosiery cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Once you have confirmed your unwanted items meets our conditions for return, simply post those items back to us to the following address:

Please note that return postage will not be reimbursed for change of mind or sizing issue. It is your responsibility to select a return postage option which includes tracking as we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive.
Damaged Or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
*Please contact us first before you sending items back, otherwise the postage will not be covered by Dave & Bella.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please send us an email explaining the defect and provide photos of the defect through our email email@example.com.
We will arrange for this to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment we will offer you a replacement or credit. If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will return the item/s to you.
Goods Received In Error
If you believe you have received an item that differs to what you ordered please contact the Online Customer Service team on email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for this to be returned to us and for the correct item/s to be sent.
